Return/Refund/Replacement/cancellation Policy

Please read our Return and Refund/Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.
We only accept returns and process refunds in the event that a wrong product is delivered. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, size, or color preference.
If you have received an incorrect product, please contact our customer support team at contact@luxeloomer.com within 2 days of receiving the item. In your email, please provide the following information:
– Order number – Name of the item received – Description of the incorrect item – Clear photographs showing the incorrect item (if possible)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
If your request for a return due to a wrong product is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund or send out the correct item, depending on your preference.The product that is available in stock will be exchanged; otherwise, a refund will be given.7 to 9 working days will be required to deliver the replacement product.
